A nice person I’ve never met made a little animation to accompany an old song of mine. It starts slowly but bare/bear with it…
Stop Look Listen with Zoe Konez and Chance Kellner
I will be performing as a duo with the brilliant Chance Kellner on violin at this lovely night in Manor House hosted by Zoe Konez.
I shared a stage with Zoe’s band ‘Cat Bear Tree’ a few months back and they were superb – have a listen to their music here https://catbeartree.bandcamp.com/
This will surely be my last show before Christmas and maybe until April if my winter time plan to hibernate at a meditation centre goes to plan. It would be lovely to see you if you can make it down.

some photos from raf club in ilford
We did a lovely little gig for Steve at Redbridge Green Fair Music Club in Ilford last Friday.
The venue literally looked like it was the set of a horror flick from the outside but was utterly charming inside as were the audience…
before the gold rush, october gig in crouch end
I’ve just confirm a show at a cosy spot in Crouch End called The Haberdashery for the lovely London promoters ‘Before The Gold Rush‘ on Wednesday 2nd October.
It will be the first London sit down gig type thing with a wonderful Canadian violinist called ‘Chance’ I met busking a few weeks ago – we have been out and about doing a few festivals so should be nicely rehearsed by October. Candy is joining us so there may possibly be some three part harmonies… #excited

dirty great love story trailer
By far and away the highlight of my time at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this year was seeing a play called ‘Dirty Great Love Story’.
The show is doing a run at the Soho Theatre in March and I was super chuffed that they have used my music for the trailer which you can see below. Please go and see it, it is utterly superb.

last gig in england until september – POSTPONED
This show has been postponed due to a last minute gig offer from the Southbank, see above post.
I have a show next Sunday 10th June at The Book Club in Shoreditch for the good folk at ‘Live & Unamplified‘.
I am on early doors at 8pm joined by Basia on violin and perhaps some others.
Do come, this is my last show in London before I kill myself abroad doing the best part of fourty shows in two months!
